Donald Trump Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

As you can imagine, Donald Trump has done far more than most, and certainly, those in power right now would like to give him credit for it. But that’s not going to stop the Republican Representative of New York, Claudia Tenney, from nominating him for such credit.

In fact, according to Fox News, Tenney just nominated Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Why? Well, first and foremost, he brokered what could easily be called the most critical peace agreements in the Middle East in nearly 30 years. If you aren’t familiar with these agreements, they have been called the 2020 Abraham Accords.

Basically, they are lasting peace agreements and alliances between Israel and three other Middle Eastern nations, including Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of Sudan, and the Kingdom of Morocco.

These governments and Israel entered into a contract of peace, something so-called experts on the Middle East said was impossible unless the underlying Israel/Palestinian conflict was solved.

Trump proved them all wrong.

For that, Tenney, along with many others, believes the 45th president should receive official recognition for his efforts.

As Tenney wrote in a statement, “The valiant efforts by President Trump in creating the Abraham Accords were unprecedented and continue to go unrecognized by the Nobel Peace Prize Committee, underscoring the need for his nomination today.”

She added that “now more than ever,” such a nomination and recognition is needed, as Joe Biden’s presidency abounds in instability and the near-constant threat of more wars.

Tenney reminds us also to look back at Trump’s presidency as a whole, noting that unlike Biden’s, not a single war was waged or country bombed. In fact, Trump, more so than just about any other president in our history, condemned countless wars going on throughout the world and the idea that America should get involved.

As former Fox News host Tucker Carlson says, that last bit alone should be enough to earn him the honor and praise of anyone involved in US foreign affairs.

And yet, his successes, including the Abraham Accords, have been swept under the rug.

It is noted that Barack Obama was not only nominated but awarded a Nobel Peace Prize only eight months into his presidency.

Why? Well, because he was the first black president, of course. And then he went on to bomb nearly every Middle Eastern and African country he could during his eight years in office.

As the London-based Bureau of Investigative Journalism reported, Obama was pretty much enamored with the CIA’s drone program. As such, “there were ten times more air strikes in the covert war on terror during President Barack Obama’s presidency than under his predecessor, George W. Bush.”

But he still got a Nobel Peace Prize.

And while Trump has been nominated a few times now (mostly by admiring European countries such as Norway and Sweden), he’s yet to win one. Unfortunately, Tenney’s nomination of him is unlikely to change that.

In fact, thanks to the media and establishment of today’s liberal movement, it’s far more likely that the sitting, war-loving Biden will win such an award before Trump does, despite his airstrikes on numerous countries as well as funding of several international wars.

But as Ronald Reagan once said, “There is no limit to what a man can do or where he can go if he doesn’t mind who gets the credit.”

So, even if Trump doesn’t get the recognition he so clearly deserves, we’ll know. And that’s all that matters.
