How’s this for a blast from the past? Convicted child sex offender Anthony Weiner is back in the news because he’s contemplating another run for Mayor of New York City. That sounds like a great idea! Compared to some of the freaks and weirdos who have been elected to high office in New York, Anthony Weiner is pretty tame.

For those who don’t remember, Weiner publicly posted a picture of his you-know-what on Twitter one night back in 2011. This was a big deal since he was a US Congressman for New York at the time, and because he was married to Hillary Clinton’s woman-servant Huma Abedin. Weiner claimed he was hacked for a long time until the one-and-only Andrew Breitbart proved that Weiner was lying.

Since then, Weiner has been caught texting pictures of his privates to other women. In May of 2017, he was convicted of sending nude pictures of himself to a 15-year-old girl. Weiner received 21 years in prison for the crime, but since we have a two-tiered justice system in America that favors Democrats, he was released in 2019.

As mentioned, the allegations against Weiner are fairly milquetoast compared to what other New York elected officials have done. Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer once stuffed his Russian mistress into a suitcase in order to sneak her into his penthouse without the doorman seeing her. Spitzer was later removed from office in a massive prostitution scandal.

Former New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman was busted for slapping around his Sri Lankan girlfriend and calling her his “brown slave.” He used to force her to introduce herself as his “property” when meeting new people.

So, Anthony Weiner would fit right in with a lot of other elected officials from New York. He should definitely run for mayor. If nothing else, it would definitely be wildly entertaining.
