One of the darkest chapters in American history is about to come to a close. The unelected Biden regime has spent four years trampling the civil rights of American citizens, abusing them, twisting the justice system against innocent people, and destroying their lives. Jack Posobiec of Human Events has now proposed the formation of a non-profit foundation that will help the victims of the Biden regime to put their lives back together. The ‘Victims of 46 Foundation’ would pay tribute to the peaceful January 6th protesters and also help the Americans brutalized by this regime in suing for reparations to make them whole again.

Voicing the mildest opinion against the policies of the Biden White House on social media was enough excuse for Merrick Garland, Biden’s punitive Attorney General, to send jackbooted FBI agents with machineguns and helicopters to a person’s home to arrest them—or sometimes kill them on their front doorstep. An elderly veteran in Utah was met by an FBI SWAT team at his home in 2023 in a pre-dawn raid.

The old man was in his 70s and crippled. He did the grocery shopping every week for his disabled son. The old guy was so disabled himself that he needed one of those mobility scooters to get around in the store. The FBI shot him in the face and murdered him on his front porch. The neighbors were all shocked as they watched the kind, elderly man bleed out in front of everyone. He must have done something really terrible though, right?

The elderly man had posted rude memes on Facebook, about Joe Biden pooping his pants.

That was enough to have the FBI show up and shoot you in the face with “46” in office.

Merrick Garland sent FBI agents to surveil, harass, and terrorize parents who objected to perverse transgender curriculum to their local school boards. The FBI sent spies into Catholic and Protestant churches to watch for “domestic extremists” as they allowed real Islamic terrorists to prance across our southern border with impunity.

In the spring of 2021, a single mom who lived in a trailer park in Arizona was tending to her backyard garden one morning. A black helicopter swooped down from the sky and an FBI SWAT team in a tank rolled into the trailer park to arrest her in front of her two kids and neighbors with as much fanfare as possible.

The young woman had been in Washington, DC, on January 6, 2021. She had briefly walked into the US Capitol with thousands of other peaceful protesters, took a few selfies, and walked back out. That was enough for the Biden regime to send a small army to arrest her.

More than 1,600 peaceful American protesters, who objected to the certification of the stolen 2020 election, have been prosecuted by the Biden regime. They plan to arrest 200 more January 6ers before Donald Trump takes office.

Posobiec says the Victims of 46 Foundation will take tax-deductible donations to help file class action lawsuits against the Biden regime and select members of the corrupt Justice Department. It will help January 6ers, peaceful abortion protesters who were harassed and arrested, school board parents, Catholic churches, and anyone else who was victimized by this punitive, unelected regime.

The foundation will also produce documentary films about January 6, so future generations can know the truth about the fake “insurrection.”
