If you haven’t figured it out, Michigan Democrat and Representative Rashida Tlaib is basically committing career suicide by siding with Hamas and terrorism – so much so that even her fellow party members can no longer abide by it.
If you know much about Tlaib, the first thing you know is that she is a self-proclaimed “Palestinian.” While she is a legal US citizen, her ancestry comes from the Middle East, and more specifically, the area known by her as Palestine, although there is really no such place. For the rest of us, it’s Israel, although not the Jewish part of the country.
And that means she thinks that Israel should be no more or that her people, the Muslims, should lead the nation instead. As such, she has constantly pushed for Israel to be shuttered and the end their “occupation” of her ancestral lands.
But as recent events, with the terrorist group Hamas having attacked Israel on October 7, have proved, Tlaib doesn’t just want the Jews removed from leadership and the area.
She said as much on Friday in a social media post to her X account.
In a video addressed to President Joe Biden, she begged him to end the “genocide of the Palestinian people.”
Then, she followed it with a callous post proving just what she believes.
It is disturbing and enraging that Jewish communities in Southfield, Franklin, Bingham Farms, Beverly Hills and beyond are represented by someone who adopts wholesale the call for the State of Israel to be wiped from the map, necessitating the elimination of 8 million Jews. https://t.co/0EL3MYR9Pm

“From the river to the sea is an aspiration call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate. My work and advocacy is always centered in justice and dignity for all people no matter faith or ethnicity.”
If you haven’t heard it before, “From the river to the sea” is the first half of a popular mission statement for terrorism. It ends with “Palestine must be free.” The river refers to the Jordan River, the sea to the Mediterranean Sea. You’ll note that in between those bodies of water is the entire nation of Israel.
What the quote infers is that the Jewish state of Israel should be demolished so that Palestinians can be “free.”
In fact, this is the “rallying cry” for Hamas, as Michigan state Senator and fellow Democrat Jeremy Moss pointed out the next day.
This is not how Jews view the phrase “from the river to the sea.” This is not how Hamas views the phrase “from the river to the sea.”
Hamas uses it as a rallying cry. And they don’t simply want to displace Jews in Israel. They want Jews dead. https://t.co/pRh8cU55if

by repeating this line, Tlaib just admitted she is for the genocide of the Jews.
And that’s something most of her colleagues just can’t abide by.
.@RashidaTlaib, I have supported and defended you countless times, even when you have said the indefensible, because I believed you to be a good person whose heart was in the right place.
But this is so hurtful to so many. Please retract this cruel and hateful remark. https://t.co/HBCf8jRgYo

This phrase means eradicating Israel and Jews. Period. Dressing it up in a new PR ploy won’t change that. Only a return of hostages, eliminating Hamas and liberating Gaza from oppressive terror will save civilian lives and secure the peace, justice and dignity you seek. https://t.co/pPcjpMYRkS

It should also be pointed out that Tlaib is supposed to be representing several Jewish communities from her home state. I doubt these people see her post as anything but a call to war.

Good job, Tlaib. You just showed your hand and true colors. Let’s just say none of it is pretty. And it will likely be the end of your career, let alone your dignity.
